Please make sure you or your marketing partner only uses legit advertising such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. Any unofficial promotional or pitching services are usually working with bot-generated streams, fake views, fake followers, etc. which are againsts DSP's terms of service and can get your content permanently banned.
